Sudden change in Seller Center "To Settle" account balance? Here's What You Can Do.

Over the past few days, a one-time lag in the system caused an error in some Sellers' financial statement display on TikTok Shop. If you have experienced an unexpected change in your "To Settle" amount, please be informed that it should be reflected in your "Earnings" tab (add the total transactions across the past few days from 13 December to 15 December), after excluding the amount attributed to unsuccessful orders.
To view individual orders and transactions in detail:
  • Step #1: On your Seller Center, access Finance > Withdrawal (https://seller-my.tiktok.com/finance/withdraw-new), then select "Earnings". Select a start date starting from 13 December 2024 to 15 December 2024. Calculate the sum of all earnings.

  • Step #2: The change in amount from "To Settle", should be reflected in the "Earnings" calculation above.
  • Step #3: If both amounts do not tally, please submit a ticket to TikTok Shop by:
    • Accessing Help Center via this link https://seller-my.tiktok.com/ticket?shop_region=MY
    • Help Centre > Ticket Log > Contact Us > Fill In Details Required for Ticket(s) > Click Submit.
    • Once submitted, sellers can check their ticket status from the Ticket Log under Help Centre.
We apologise for any confusion caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

FAQ

  1. What's the difference between "To Settle" and "Settled"?
When any transaction takes place on TikTok Shop, it will automatically be recorded under the "To Settle" section on the transaction page. These transactions include potentially cancelled/return orders, and do not reflect your actual take-home amount.
After the order is completed, the actual take-home amount from that order will be debited from "To Settle" and credited to "Settled".
