In order to further enhance the selling experience on the platform with the Bonus Xtra Program, we are glad to introduce a new benefit to the program starting from May 2026. Sellers joining BXP will be eligible to enjoy the Limited-time Voucher - a new type of platform voucher that offers attractive subsidy at the item level.
We’re upgrading this voucher feature to allow buyers to apply multiple vouchers per order, helping increase savings opportunities and improve purchase conversion. Voucher combinations are dynamically optimized to provide buyers with the best available savings for eligible orders.
How to search for Limited-time Voucher?
Sellers joining BXP will be eligible for Limited-time Voucher for NO EXTRA COST, since this is the new main subsidy benefit for the Bonus Xtra Program going forwards.
Effective 13th September 2025, at 00:00 Malaysia time (GMT+8), both Mall and Marketplace sellers can continue to participate or opt to join BXP at a modest service fee of 4.5% (4.86% SST inclusive) - capped at RM50 per item (RM54, SST inclusive)
Sellers that participate in BXP will enjoy lower Marketplace and Mall commission fees, compared to non-BXP sellers (Learn more here).
BXP sellers will also receive greater benefits compared to non-BXP sellers during mega sale campaigns, especially during the year-end season when TikTok Shop will be injecting 2x more platform discount vouchers.
Looking ahead, TikTok Shop will enhance BXP even further, including expanding the voucher and cashback support for BXP sellers.
This is part of a broader reinvestment strategy towards maintaining a sustainable, safe, and inclusive e-commerce ecosystem that creates lasting value for our entire community of sellers, affiliate creators, and shoppers.
Participation remains entirely voluntary, and you may opt out of BXP at any time.

The Bonus Extra Program (BXP) service fee is charged upon a successfully completed order only (ie. Orders that are delivered to buyers, with no pending return/refund request).Effective 13th September 2025, at 00:00 Malaysia time (GMT+8), both Mall and Marketplace sellers can continue to participate or opt to join BXP at a modest service fee of 4.5% (4.86% SST inclusive) - capped at RM50 per item (RM54, SST inclusive)
