Getting sales? Great! But donβt forget to monitor your product ratings and reviews β they influence buying decisions, especially if your ratings are low.

- View all your product ratings
- Filter by low-star (1-3 stars) reviews
- Contact buyers directly via Order ID
- Reply once per review (so use it wisely!)
