Bonus Xtra Program PLUS Service Fee

Bonus Xtra Program PLUS (BXP+) service fee rate is 1.5% - capped at RM25 per item, additional to 4.5% - capped RM50 per item of basic Bonus Xtra Program (BXP)*.
The Bonus Xtra Program PLUS (BXP+) service fee is charged upon a successfully completed order only (ie. Orders that are delivered to buyers, with no pending return/refund request).
Note:

• The service fee applies to all orders from participating shops.

Sellers must join the basic Bonus Xtra Program (BXP) to be eligible for Bonus Xtra Program PLUS (BXP+).

Bonus Xtra Project Service Fee

The Bonus Xtra Program PLUS (BXP+) service fee is charged upon a successfully completed order ie. Orders that are delivered to buyers, with no pending return/refund request and regardless of whether the order uses the Bonus Xtra or not.

Subsidies are dynamically personalized for each buyer to maximize the potential conversion. You might see the fluctuation in certain days. However, in the long run, the overall subsidies received after participation will stay balanced against the Exclusive benefit access fee.

4. Why is the coupon claimed amount low on certain dates?

Since our system is based on the buyers' personalized reference, we will select optimal scenarios for subsidies to maximize benefits for you shop. It is recommended that you extend the time cycle to allow our system learning & optimize better, check the overall data after joining the program.

5. Why can't I see coupons when placing orders?

Coupons are not issued for every single order. The algorithm distributes subsidies only in optimal scenarios.
