Take full control of your revenue with our new, powerful Earnings Analytics module. This update is built specifically to give you total transparency into every dollar you earn so you can spend less time analyzing the numbers and more time mastering your strategy.
- Earnings analytics: Check your earnings performance in one place. Within the Earnings Analytics module, you can see your revenue breakdown, commission orders performance and your top revenue contributor.
On the homepage, the system defaults to showing an earnings overview for the past 7 days based on your actual settlement data. To explore more details, click "View all" for more comprehensive information.
Explore with Earnings Analytics
- Earnings Summary: The pie chart shows the components of your earnings, including Standard Commission, Shop Ads Commission, cash rewards. A visual line chart also helps you track your daily earning trends and breakdowns at a glance.
- Commission: On the Commission page, you can view Commission GMV, Commission Items Sold, and actual earnings.
You can select the
time period based on
- Order Created: Based on when the customer paces the order - includes all orders, even those that are ineligible (e.g., returns/refunds, zero-commission orders)
- Order Settled: Your actual take-home pay
You can also view commission breakdowns by order type or order source.
- Ranking: Use the Ranking page to discover what is generating the most commission by ranking your top products and videos. You can click View all to see the full ranking list.
You can rank by:
- Commission GMV
- Commission items sold
- Est. Commission
- Est. Bonus
- Total earnings (Available in eligible flat-fee markets only)
Important Things to Know
Please keep these key points in mind when using Earnings Analytics:
- 90-Day Analysis Window: You can select and analyze any data range up to 90 days for any single analysis.
- Historical Data: The earliest available date for analysis is January 1, 2025.
- How Bonus Is Displayed: Note that "Bonus" amounts are already integrated into your total "Est. Commission" or "Commission" to prevent double-counting.

- Where do I find Earnings Analytics?
Go to

Earnings. You'll find your Earnings Analytics modules in your
Earnings homepage.
- Why can't I see my earnings data from 2024?
Earnings Analytics supports historical data starting
January 1, 2025. Activity before this date won't appear in these modules.
- I received a bonus. Why isn't it showing as a separate line item?
Bonus amounts are
already included in your
Est. Commission/Commission totals (and therefore your total earnings) to avoid double-counting.
- Do canceled orders appear in Earnings Analytics?
Yes. Canceled orders can show up in
Order Created, which includes all order activity (even order that later become ineligible, like cancellations, returns/refunds, or zero-commission orders). They won't count towards
Order Settled, which reflects only your finalized earnings.
- What's the maximum date range I can filter for?
You can analyze up to
90 days in a single view.
- What is the difference between "Order Created" and "Order Settled"?
Order Created is based on when a customer places an order and may include orders that later become ineligible (for example, returns/refunds or zero-commission orders).
Order Settled reflects your
finalized earnings based on settled order data (your actual take-home pay).
- How do I find which video is my top earner?
Go to
Ranking, switch to
Videos, then sort by
Est. Commission (or
Commission GMV) to see your top-performing content.
- What's the difference between Est. Commission and Commission (actual earnings)?
Est. Commission is a preview of what you may earn from orders before everything is finalized, and itโs helpful for tracking performance early (often in Ranking or the Order Created view), while
Commission (Order Settled) is your final, settled take-home pay and excludes ineligible orders like returns or refunds.
- Can I export or download this data?
If you need detailed order-level commission data, go to
TikTok Shop Creator Center > Affiliate Orders to export your commission details.
