How do I change my company name or business license?

Kindly submit a ticket under the topic of Shop Management > Seller Center Function > Seller Profile and provide the following information:

• Shop Code
• Name on the registration document
• Correct company name
• Incorrect company name

Please make sure that the company name is consistent with the name located in the registration document.

Currently, you will only be able to change ownership to corporate sellers (individual to corporate, or corporate to corporate)
