What is Instant Delivery
Instant Delivery is a shipping service provided by TikTok Shop in partnership with a specialized logistics provider. It offers point-to-point delivery to ensure faster order fulfilment.The Instant Delivery program is being introduced and is currently available for invited sellers only.
Instant Delivery Shipping Timeline
When using Instant Delivery, you must follow the timelines below to avoid late dispatch, which impacts your Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) and Seller Fault Cancellation Rate (SFCR).The timelines below apply to working days:
- Monday to Friday in most states
- For Kedah, Kelantan and Terangganu: Sunday to Thursday, inclusive of State Holidays. Friday, Saturday and National Holidays are considered non-working days.
- Pickup requests must be made by 14:00 on the same day.
- Orders not ready for shipment by this time will be marked as late dispatch and count towards your Late Dispatch Rate (LDR).
- If no pickup request is made by 18:00 on the same day, the order will be cancelled and count towards your Seller Fault Cancellation Rate (SFCR).
- If a pickup request is made but the package is not handed over to the logistics provider by 14:00 on the next working day, the order will also be cancelled and counted towards your SFCR.
- Pickup requests must be made within 4 hours from when the order was placed.
- Orders not ready for shipment by this time will be marked as late dispatch and count towards your Late Dispatch Rate (LDR).
- If no pickup request is made by 20:00 on the same day, the order will be cancelled and count towards your Seller Fault Cancellation Rate (SFCR).
- If a pickup request is made but the package is not handed over to the logistics provider by 20:00 on the next working day, the order will also be cancelled and counted towards your SFCR.
- Pickup requests must be made by 14:00 on the next working day.
- Orders not ready for shipment by this time will be marked as late dispatch and count towards your Late Dispatch Rate (LDR).
- If no pickup request is made by 20:00 on the next working day, the order will be cancelled and count towards your Seller Fault Cancellation Rate (SFCR).
- If a pickup request is made but the package is not handed over to the logistics provider by 20:00 on the second working day after the order was placed, the order will also be cancelled and counted towards your SFCR.
