Late Dispatch Rate (LDR)
What is the Late Dispatch Rate (LDR)?
The Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) is the percentage of all orders (over a period of 7 calendar days) that are not updated to "Shipped" status before the LDR deadline specified in the Order Fulfillment Timelines.❗ You should aim for an LDR of less than 4%. ExampleYou have 100 orders in the last 7 calendar days:- 80 orders were Shipped before the LDR deadline.
- 15 orders were Shipped after the LDR deadline.
- 5 orders were Unshipped after the LDR deadline.
= 20%*Note: LDR calculation excludes orders that are cancelled before the LDR deadline.
Where can I find my LDR?
You can find your LDR in the Shop Health section of the Seller Center.What about Non-Working days and Public Holidays?
- A "working day" refers to any day from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are considered non-working days.
- NOTE: In Kedah, Kelantan and Terangganu, a "working day" refers to any day from Sunday to Thursday, inclusive of State Holidays. Friday, Saturday and National Holidays are considered non-working days.
What would happen if I do not meet the target above?
Enforcement actions may be taken depending on how high the number of late orders are.Order Volume Limits may be applied as follows:
- LDR is ≥20% but <30% -> You will only be able to sell up to 90% of your average daily order volume
- LDR is ≥30% but <50% -> You will only be able to sell up to 70% of your average daily order volume
- LDR is ≥50% -> You will only be able to sell up to 50% of your average daily order volume
- LDR is ≥ 20% -> Deduction of 5 AHR Points
- LDR is ≥ 30% and late-dispatched orders ≥ 50 -> Deduction of 10 AHR Points
How to Manage LDR
- To be safe, always make sure the parcel is scanned on time by the courier.
- If you want to be safe, create a manifest form that can be used as evidence when something happens.

What happens if I breach these guidelines?
If you are found to violate these guidelines, you may have enforcement actions taken against your account.
