What is Self-Collection Service?
With Self-Collection, buyers can choose "Self-Collection" when they place their order, allowing them to pick up the parcel from a nearby collection point whenever it fits their schedule.After the parcel reaches the collection point, buyers will have 5 working days to collect it. Just make sure to visit during the outlet’s operating hours.
How does Self-Collection service work?

How to set up self collection service?
All sellers on the platform will be automatically enabled for Self-Collection in phases, and they will be notified about the launch of this service.How to disable the Self-Collection service in seller center
If you want to disable self collection service, you can toggle off the self-collection section in shipping settings. Please note that self collection might help you with improving your sales, and don't really influence your fulfillment process.

How does buyer perform Self-Collection
- Buyer would be able to choose self collection point during checkout period.
- Buyer can choose self collection points based on their preference through recommendation or searching.
- Buyer may be able to track and see the self collection point, self collection pin codes in the order list/order detail/tracking page.
- Buyer need to go to the self collection point themselves and collect the parcel using Pin code.
