What if my Personal Information was Rejected?

If your information was not completely processed by the system, you may need to check these two scenarios that might happen:

Scenario 1: Partial Rejection

• Partial rejection will redirect you to fill in or replace the missing/rejected personal information. Once approved, your account can resume its TikTok Shop E-commerce activities.
• Users can re-try to fill in again for a maximum of 5 times before full rejection.
  

Scenario 2: Full Rejection
