Fees and Charges

The amount received in your bank account may be lower than your financing amount because applicable fees and charges are deducted before disbursement.
The applicable charges include:
  • Processing Fee (Wakalah Fee): RM5
  • Stamp Duty: 0.5% of the financing amount, subject to a minimum charge of RM10

Example

If your financing amount is RM20,000:
  • Financing amount: RM20,000
  • Stamp Duty: RM20,000 × 0.5% = RM100
  • Processing Fee (Wakalah Fee): RM5
  • Net amount disbursed: RM19,895

Can I Make Multiple Withdrawals?

Yes. BusinessFinancing-i is a revolving financing facility, which means you may make multiple withdrawals within your available financing limit.

When Is My Repayment Due?

Your repayment due date will fall on the same date each month.
For example, if you withdraw financing on 12 June with a 6-month tenure, your instalment due dates will be:
12 July → 12 August → 12 September → 12 October → 12 November → 12 December
You can check your applicable payment schedule and due dates directly from your BusinessFinancing-i account.

What Happens If I Miss a Repayment?

Sellers are encouraged to make repayments on time to maintain a good repayment record. A good repayment history may be considered in future reviews of your available financing amount, profit rate, and financing tenure.
If payment is not made by the due date, a late payment charge of 8% per annum will be imposed on the overdue outstanding amount, including principal and profit, calculated on a daily basis.
A grace period of up to 2 calendar days may apply, where available. Please refer to your BusinessFinancing-i account for the applicable payment due date, grace period, and late payment charges.
