In order to further enhance the selling experience on the platform with the Bonus Xtra Program, we are glad to introduce a new benefit to the program starting from May 2026. Sellers joining BXP will be eligible to enjoy the Limited-time Voucher - a new type of platform voucher that offers attractive subsidy at the item level.
We’re upgrading this voucher feature to allow buyers to apply multiple vouchers per order, helping increase savings opportunities and improve purchase conversion. Voucher combinations are dynamically optimized to provide buyers with the best available savings for eligible orders.
How to search for Limited-time Voucher?
Sellers joining BXP will be eligible for Limited-time Voucher for NO EXTRA COST, since this is the new main subsidy benefit for the Bonus Xtra Program going forwards.

Bonus Extra Program Service Fee
The BXP service fee is charged on successfully completed orders: orders delivered to buyers with no pending return or refund request. Campaign-day update: Effective from 7 October 2026, the BXP charges for the Campaign-Day will be adjusted.In 2026, the Campaign-Days include the following campaign period:
- October 2026: Double Day from 7 until 10 October, Payday from 24 until 25 October
- November 2026: Double Day from 8 until 11 November, Payday from 24 until 25 November
- December 2026: Double Day from 9 until 12 December, Payday from 20 until 21 December
The non-campaign-day rate will continue to apply outside these specified windows.

FAQ
- Who can join BXP?
BXP is open to sellers with a Shop Performance Score (SES) of 3.5 or above and fewer than 36 Violation Points. We review eligibility regularly to keep the program's quality high for buyers and sellers. If a shop falls below these requirements, its participation may be paused, and it can rejoin once it meets them again.
- Can I register only for Bonus Cashback or only for Voucher Xtra?
No. BXP works as one combined program, so its benefits come together as a single package and can't be registered separately. This gives participating shops access to the full range of BXP vouchers at once.
- Can BXP vouchers be combined with other promotions?
Yes. BXP vouchers can be used with most eligible sellers and platform promotions. The final eligible combination is shown to the buyer at checkout.
- Which orders are charged the BXP service fee?
The BXP service fee applies to successfully completed orders from participating shops, including orders that have been delivered with no pending return or refund request. The fee applies to all completed orders, including those where a BXP voucher wasn't used.
- Where can I check the BXP fee?
Go to Seller Center > Finance > Settled Records > View Details. Review the BCP Service Fee and VXP Service Fee components shown for the order.
- Why can’t every buyer see or use a BXP voucher?
Vouchers are issued at different times and may carry product, buyer or minimum-spend requirements. Very low-priced products may be less likely to meet a voucher’s usage threshold.
- When will BXP benefits become available after enrollment?
Approved sellers are generally enrolled within one working day. Eligible vouchers may become available after enrollment is completed.
- How do I withdraw from BXP?
Open the BXP Campaign Detail page, select Registration Record, and click Withdraw in the Action column. Withdrawal approval may take 15 calendar days.
